Our email services is divided into the following categories:-
(1) Diraja.com - Company Wide E-Mail (MYR $800 yearly)
Domain Registration
Diraja.com's E-mail Service allows you to have a personalised e-mail
address for your company. To achieve this we register a domain name
for your company. A domain name is the top level portion of any internet
address, for example one.ie is the domain name for sales@internet-ireland.ie,
http://internet-ireland.ie and news.one.ie. This allows your company
to have an e-mail address of "anynames@yourcompany.com" and not an extension
of your local access provider´s name.
Mailboxes
Diraja.com provides each individual within your company with a Mailbox
or POP (Post Office Protocol) accounts. Users can send and receive e-mail
using their favourite software such as Eudora, Microsoft or Netscape
Mail. The Diraja.com Mail server is setup to allow your company complete
control in the setup and administration of mailboxes without the need
of a programmer. You can add, delete and change the passwords of POP
mail accounts with an easy to use windows interface called Account Editor.
E-mail Forwarding
The Diraja.com mail server is set up to receive all mail sent to
your domain. This allows your business to make up as many e-mail addresses
as you wish for example sales@yourcompany.com, support@yourcompany.com,
anyname@yourcompany.com etc. All mail will be forwarded to one mailbox.
Advanced e-mail forwarding allows mail to be redirected to an individual
mailbox or to a remote e-mail address. For example mail sent to sales@yourcompany.com
would be sent to tony@yourcompany.com while mail to support@yourcompany.com
would be forwarded to john@aol.com.
Autoresponders
Autoresponders send an automatic reply to e-mails sent to a specific
mailbox or with a certain subject line. For example, if a person went
on holidays they could send an automatic reply to all mail sent to their
account saying they would be back in a few days. Autoresponders are
a useful tool for businesses for distributing corporate information
saving you time and guaranteeing satisfaction for your potential clientele.
For example customers can send an e-mail with the subject line, "send
info" to a POP mail account and receive an immediate reply containing
the relevant information.
Anti-Spam
Diraja.com's Anti-SPAM Service allows you to specify individual
mail addresses or whole hostnames that you do not want mail from. This
feature protects you from "junk-mail" and other sources of undesirable
e-mail.
Mailing Lists
A mailing list is an e-mail account that includes a list of multiple
recipients who each receive a copy of any e-mail sent to the account.
Mailing lists are used as a forum for users with similar interests to
communicate or may be used as a vehicle for one body to communicate
with a large volume of people, for example a weekly newsletter. Diraja.com
provide your business with fully automated mailing list management.
Commands sent via electronic mail or web based forms handle all aspects
of list maintenance requiring no intervention upon the postmaster of
the list site. Any user with an e-mail account can automatically subscribe,
unsubscribe, and send to a mailing list. Our software supports announcements-only,
moderated and public mailing lists. This service is an efficient, time
and cost-cutting vehicle for communicating and distributing information
to organizations, employees, customers, special interest groups, etc.
(2) Our special email account
- yourname@diraja.com or yourname@myjaring.com.
If you want to use our special domain name for your personal or company
email instead of yourname@pd.jaring.my or yourname@tm.net.my. You can
order from us. We provide you with two options, email forwarding or
full email pop and web enable account.
(i) E-mail Forwarding (MYR $50 yearly)
- either yourname@diraja.com or yourname@myjaring.com
The Diraja.com mail server is set up to receive all mail then forward
any of your email address such as yourname@tm.net.my.
(ii) Full E-mail Account (MYR $200 yearly)
- either yourname@diraja.com or yourname@myjaring.com
The Diraja.com mail server is set up to receive all mail, you can
check your mail either using web mail services or download the message
using any email client such as outlook express. 5 meg space is allocated
for each email account.
